The Hallmark Channel movie Road Trip Romance will premiere as part of the network’s May lineup. The movie stars Natalie Hall and Corey Sevier, who embark on a road trip to get to a wedding on time.

In a recent post to Instagram, Hall promoted the movie with photos from the set

“I had the best time shooting this film with my favorite crew in Ottawa,” she wrote. “Hilarious cast! And with the wonderful director @thesamanthawan leading the way.”

Hall plays Margo, who is trying to get home to Wichita for her sister’s wedding. As the maid of honor, she needs to get there early so she can take part in the bachelorette party and the rehearsal dinner. But her plans hit a snag and she is forced to make the trip with her high school rival (played by Sevier).

What starts out as a tense drive turns into an adventure, as the pair find themselves stranded at a Renaissance festival — and actually having fun

Hall shared photos of herself in costume on Instagram and thanked her mother for taking care of her baby while she was filming.

“Thank you to my sweet mum for traveling with me and making sure my little 5 month old was well looked after while I got to work on set — I couldn’t have done it without you. I feel so lucky and fortunate to have such a supportive producing team who empowers me and make it possible for me to be a working mom. Check out #Roadtripromance on the @hallmarkchannel this Saturday! Live tweet with me.”
