Four new Hallmark movies are coming to TV in October, including a new Hannah Swensen mystery and another film in the Curious Caterer series.

Alison Sweeney, who stars as Hannah Swensen, teased the upcoming release with an Instagram photo of herself wearing Swensen’s trademark apron.

“Any day in the Cookie Jar is a good day,” she wrote.

Two new romantic comedies will also premiere, one starring Julie Gonzalo and Chris McNally, the other featuring Rachel Boston and Benjamin Ayres.

New Hallmark movies

A Zest For Death: A Hannah Swensen Mystery will be the first new movie to premiere in October.

In the film, Hannah’s mother (played by Barbara Niven) and her sister (played by Tess Atkins) discover a dead body while house-hunting. Hannah becomes determined to figure out who the killer is, especially when the police take the wrong suspect into custody.

Cameron Mathison will also star in the movie as Hannah’s ex-fiance, Mike Kingston. (Yeah, we’re still not over their breakup either.)

3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost

Real-life couple Julie Gonzalo and Chris McNally will star in this movie, which also features Madeleine Arthur. Gonzalo stars as Anna, who just got her first listing as a real estate agent. The only problem is that there’s a ghost in the house and the ghost (played by Madeleine Arthur) decides she won’t leave until she helps Anna get back together with her ex (played by Chris McNally).
