Twin sisters solve crime in new Hallmark Movie Nikki & Nora: Sister Sleuths

In the new Hallmark movie Nikki & Nora: Sister Sleuths, estranged twin sisters must work together to track down a killer. Hunter King and Rhiannon Fish star in the film, which will premiere as part of the fall lineup on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries.

“Justice with a side of wings?” wrote Hunter King in an Instagram post promoting the movie.

“I am so excited for this one,” wrote Rhiannon Fish in her own post.

New Hallmark movie

In the movie, King and Fish play fraternal twins who have been estranged for 10 years. They are reunited when they inherit a detective agency. Nikki (King) is a streetwise, struggling actress who can barely pay her rent every month. Nora (Fish) is a successful lawyer at a high-profile Chicago law firm on track to make partner.

Nikki wants to liquidate the agency for the money, but before she can convince Nora, a client comes to them asking for help solving a murder. Eager to try out her acting skills by going undercover, Nikki agrees to take on the case. As Nikki and Nora are pulled deeper into the murder mystery, they realize that their twin sister connection gives them a unique advantage and a real knack for solving mysteries.”

The movie is one of several new mystery franchises launched by Hallmark in 2022. Earlier in the year, the network introduced two new amateur sleuth characters. Nikki DeLoach starred as Goldy Berry in Curious Caterer: Dying For Chocolate. Julie Gonzalo played a stylist who solved a murder in Cut, Color, Murder.
