But during a ball at the Vanderbilt’s summer home, the family’s financial advisor is murdered and the prime suspect is Emma’s half-brother Brady (played by James Drew Dean). She decides to take matters into her own hands and sets out to prove her half-brother’s innocence.
With help from local detective Jesse Whyte (played by Danny Griffin) and the household staff, Emma sets out to figure out whodunnit. But as she gets closer to the truth, the murderer goes on the offensive, putting Emma — and everyone who helps her — in danger.
